第１条 総則

1. 本利用規約(以下「本規約」という)は、ウェブサイト「Complete Railway Conquest Project」(以下「CRCP」という)の利用条件を定めるものである。
2. 本サイトを閲覧または利用する者(以下「利用者」という)は、本規約の内容を確認し、これに同意した上で本サイトを利用するものとする。
3. 本規約は、本サイト上で提供される路線図、画像、文章、各種情報、CRCP Custom Mapその他CRCPが提供するすべてのコンテンツ及びサービスに適用されるものとする。
4. CRCPが本サイト上において、本規約とは別に個別の規定、注意事項、利用条件等(以下「個別規定」という。)を定めた場合、利用者は本規約と併せてこれを遵守するものとする。
5. 本規約と個別規定の内容が異なる場合は、当該個別規定に特段の定めがない限り、個別規定の内容を優先して適用するものとする。
6. 利用者が本サイトの観覧および利用により不利益や損害が生じた場合、CRCPは一切の責任を負わない。

第２条 二次利用について

1. 本サイトに掲載されるCRCPが権利を有する路線図、画像その他のコンテンツについて、非営利目的の活動における二次利用には一切の制限を設けない。利用者は、複製、転載、加工、配布その他の方法により自由に利用することができる。
2. 営利目的の活動における本サイトのコンテンツの二次利用は、CRCP Custom Mapとして提供されるコンテンツを除き、原則として認めない。
3. 前項にかかわらず、動画配信サイト「YouTube」上における営利目的の活動については、CRCPが公開又は提供した一次配布物を改変せず、そのまま使用する場合に限り、二次利用を認める。
4. 前項における「改変」には、路線図その他の一次配布物そのものの内容、表記、配色、形状等を変更する行為を含む。ただし、動画への掲載に必要な拡大、縮小、配置その他コンテンツ自体の内容を変更しない編集は改変には含まない。
5. CRCP Custom Mapの二次利用については、本規約第７条及び注文時に提示する利用条件を適用する。
6. 本条の規定にかかわらず、第三者が著作権、商標権その他の権利を有するコンテンツについては、当該権利者の定める条件に従うものとする。

第３条 知的財産権

1. 本サイトに掲載される路線図、画像、文章、デザイン、ロゴその他のコンテンツに関する著作権やその他の知的財産権は、CRCP又は正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属する。
2. 本サイトの閲覧又は利用によって、利用者に対して本サイトのコンテンツに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権が譲渡されるものではない。
3. 利用者は、本規約第２条に定める範囲又は著作権法その他の法令によって認められる範囲を超えて、CRCPが権利を有するコンテンツを利用してはならない。
4. 本サイトに掲載される鉄道事業者及びその他第三者の名称、ロゴ、商標、写真その他第三者が権利を有するものについては、それぞれの権利者に権利が帰属する。
5. CRCP Custom Mapとして制作及び提供されるコンテンツの知的財産権並びに利用条件については、第７条に定めるものとする。
6. 本条の規定は、本規約第２条において認められる二次利用を制限するものではない。

第４条 禁止事項

1. 利用者は、本サイトの利用に際し、次の各号に定める行為を行ってはならない。
   • 法令又は公序良俗に違反する行為
   • 犯罪行為に関連する行為
   • CRCP又は第三者の著作権、商標権、プライバシーその他の権利又は利益を侵害する行為
   • 本規約第２条及び第３条に反する行為
   • CRCP又は第三者になりすます行為、又はCRCPとの提携、協力、公認その他の関係が存在すると誤認させる行為
   • 本サイトのサーバー又はネットワークに過度な負荷を与え、若しくはその正常な運営を妨害する行為
   • 本サイトへの不正アクセス、不正なプログラムの使用及びその他本サイトの安全性を害する行為
   • 本サイト又はCRCPを利用して、第三者に損害又は不利益を与える行為
   • 虚偽の情報を用いた問い合わせ、注文その他CRCPの運営を著しく妨害する行為
   • その他、CRCPが本サイトの運営上不適切であると合理的に判断する行為
2. CRCPは、利用者が前項の禁止事項に該当する行為を行ったと判断した場合、当該利用者に対し、コンテンツの利用停止、削除その他必要な措置を求めることができる。
3. 禁止行為によってCRCP又は第三者に損害が生じた場合、当該利用者は、法令に従いその責任を負うものとする。

第５条 掲載情報について

1. CRCPは、本サイトに掲載する鉄道路線、駅、列車種別、運行形態、その他鉄道に関する情報について、可能な限り正確かつ最新の情報を掲載するよう努めるものとする。
2. 本サイトに掲載する情報は、鉄道事業者その他関係機関が公表する情報等を参考にCRCPが独自に整理及び作成したものであり、その正確性、完全性、最新性及び特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではない。
3. ダイヤ改正、臨時運行、運休、災害、工事及びその他の事情により、実際の運行状況と本サイトの掲載内容が異なる場合がある。
4. 本サイトは鉄道事業者その他関係機関の公式ウェブサイトではない。利用者が実際に鉄道を利用する場合は、各鉄道事業者その他関係機関が提供する最新の公式情報を確認するものとする。
5. 本サイトに掲載された情報の誤り、欠落又は更新の遅延等を発見した場合、利用者はCRCPに情報提供を行うことができる。ただし、CRCPは提供された情報の掲載、修正又は反映を保証するものではない。
6. 本サイトに掲載する内容は、予告なく追加、変更、修正又は削除される場合がある。

第６条 広告・外部サービスについて

1. 本サイトには、第三者が提供する広告、外部サービス、外部ウェブサイトへのリンクその他の外部コンテンツが掲載される場合がある。
2. 本サイトに表示される広告の内容、広告商品若しくはサービスの品質、安全性、適法性、正確性その他一切の事項について、CRCPは保証するものではない。
3. 本サイトに広告が掲載されていることをもって、CRCPが当該広告の商品、サービス、企業その他の内容を推奨、保証又は公認していることを意味するものではない。
4. 利用者が広告又は外部リンクを通じて第三者のウェブサイト若しくはサービスを利用する場合、当該第三者が定める利用規約、プライバシーポリシーその他の条件が適用される。
5. 外部ウェブサイト及び外部サービスの内容、提供状況、変更、停止その他の事項について、CRCPは管理するものではなく、これらの利用によって生じた損害について、CRCPは一切の責任を負わない。
6. 本サイトに掲載される広告は、利用者の閲覧環境、地域その他の条件に応じて異なる内容が表示される場合がある。

第７条 CRCP Custom Mapについて

1. CRCP Custom Mapは、利用者からの依頼内容に基づき、CRCPが個別に路線図その他のコンテンツを制作し、有償で提供するサービスである。
2. CRCP Custom Mapの注文フォーム送信のみでは注文は確定しない。CRCPは注文フォームの内容を確認した後、利用者との間で制作内容、料金その他必要事項の確認を行った後、注文は確定される。
3. CRCPは、前項の確認内容に基づいてサンプルを提供する。利用者及びCRCPは、当該サンプルを用いて完成品の仕様、デザイン、掲載内容その他の認識に相違がないことを確認し、必要に応じて修正又は調整を行うものとする。
4. 前項の確認及び必要な修正又は調整が完了し、利用者及びCRCPの双方が制作内容に合意した時点で注文確定とする。注文確定以前については、利用者は無償で注文をキャンセルすることができる。
5. 注文確定後、利用者はCRCPが指定する方法及び期限までに代金を支払うものとする。CRCPは入金を確認した後、本制作を開始するものとする。
6. 制作及び納品は、原則として次の順序により行うものとする。
   注文フォーム受信 → 内容確認 → サンプル提供 → 相違の確認・修正 → 注文確定 → 入金 → 本制作・完成 → 納品
7. 注文確定後の利用者都合によるキャンセルは一切認めない。また、注文確定後の利用者都合による返金は、デジタルデータという製品の特性上、制作の進捗状況及び納品の有無を問わず、一切行わない。

第８条 サービスの変更・停止

1. CRCPは、本サイト及び本サイトを通じて提供するサービスの内容を、必要に応じて変更、追加又は終了することができるものとする。
2. CRCPは、CRCPの都合により提供するサービスを予告なく変更・終了することがある。
3. CRCPは、可能な限り本サイト又はサービスの重大な変更、長期間の停止又は終了について、事前に本サイト上その他適切な方法により告知するものとする。ただし、緊急やその他やむを得ない場合はこの限りではない。
4. CRCP Custom Mapについて、既に注文が確定している商品がある場合は、本サイト又はサービスの変更、停止若しくは終了後であっても、原則として当該注文に係る制作及び納品を継続するものとする。ただし、やむを得ない事情により履行が困難となった場合は、利用者と協議の上、対応を決定するものとする。

第９条 個人情報の取り扱い

1. CRCPは、本サイトの運営、問い合わせへの対応、CRCP Custom Mapの注文、制作、決済及び納品その他本サイトが提供するサービスに必要な範囲で、利用者の氏名、メールアドレスその他の個人情報を取得する場合がある。
2. CRCPは、法令に基づく場合及びその他正当な理由がある場合を除き、利用者本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しないものとする。
3. 決済その他の外部サービスを利用する場合、当該サービスの提供に必要な情報については、各サービス提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーその他の規定に基づいて取り扱われるものとする。

第10条 利用規約の変更

1. CRCPは、法令の改正、本サイト若しくはサービス内容の変更その他必要がある場合、本規約を変更することができるものとする。
2. 利用者は、本サイトを利用するにあたり、本規約の内容を随時確認するものとする。利用者が本サイトを利用した時点で、その時点における最新の本規約に同意したものとみなす。
3. CRCP Custom Mapについて、規約変更前に注文が確定している場合は、利用者との間で別段の合意がない限り、注文確定時点の利用規約を適用するものとする。

第11条 準拠法・管轄

1. 本規約の成立、効力、履行及び解釈については、日本法を準拠法とする。
2. 本サイト、本規約又はCRCPが提供するサービスに関連して利用者とCRCPとの間に紛争が生じた場合、双方は誠意をもって協議し、その解決に努めるものとする。
3. 前項の協議によって解決しない場合、CRCPは日本法に基づき法的措置をとる場合がある。

Article 1: General Provisions

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using the “Complete Railway Conquest Project” website (hereinafter referred to as “CRCP”).
2. Any person who views or uses this website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) shall use this website only after reviewing and agreeing to the terms of these Terms of Use.
3. These Terms of Use apply to all content and services provided by CRCP on this website, including route maps, images, text, various types of information, CRCP Custom Map, and all other content and services provided by CRCP.
4. If CRCP establishes separate provisions, notices, terms of use, or other rules (hereinafter referred to as “Separate Provisions”) on this website in addition to these Terms of Use, Users shall comply with such Separate Provisions in conjunction with these Terms of Use.
5. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific provisions, the specific provisions shall take precedence, unless otherwise specified in such specific provisions.
6. CRCP assumes no liability whatsoever for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users as a result of viewing or using this website.

Article 2: Secondary Use

1. CRCP imposes no restrictions whatsoever on the secondary use, for non-commercial purposes, of route maps, images, and other content posted on this Site for which CRCP holds the rights. Users may freely use such content through reproduction, republication, modification, distribution, or other means.
2. As a general rule, secondary use of this Site’s content for commercial purposes is not permitted, except for content provided as “CRCP Custom Map.”
3. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, secondary use for commercial activities on the video-sharing site “YouTube” is permitted only if the primary distribution materials published or provided by CRCP are used as-is without modification.
4. “Modification” as used in the preceding paragraph includes any act that changes the content, notation, color scheme, shape, or other characteristics of the route maps or other primary distribution materials themselves. However, editing that does not alter the content of the material itself—such as scaling, resizing, or repositioning necessary for inclusion in a video—is not considered a modification.
5. The secondary use of CRCP Custom Map is subject to Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions and the terms of use presented at the time of order.
6. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, with respect to content for which a third party holds copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights, the terms and conditions established by the relevant rights holder shall apply.

Article 3 Intellectual Property Rights

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to route maps, images, text, designs, logos, and other content posted on this Site belong to CRCP or third parties holding legitimate rights.
2. Viewing or using this Site does not constitute a transfer of copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights related to the content of this Site to the user.
3. Users shall not use content to which CRCP holds rights beyond the scope specified in Article 2 of these Terms or the scope permitted by the Copyright Act or other applicable laws and regulations.
4. The rights to the names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials of railway operators and other third parties posted on this Site, to which such third parties hold rights, belong to their respective rights holders.
5. The intellectual property rights and terms of use for content produced and provided as “CRCP Custom Map” shall be as set forth in Article 7.
6. The provisions of this Article do not restrict the secondary use permitted under Article 2 of these Terms of Use.

Article 4: Prohibited Acts

1. When using this Site, Users shall not engage in any of the acts set forth in the following items:
   • Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
   • Acts related to criminal activities
   • Acts that infringe upon the copyrights, trademark rights, privacy, or other rights or interests of CRCP or third parties
   • Acts that violate Articles 2 and 3 of these Terms of Use
   • Acts of impersonating CRCP or a third party, or acts that mislead others into believing that a partnership, cooperation, endorsement, or other relationship exists with CRCP
   • Acts that place an excessive load on the Site’s servers or network, or that interfere with their normal operation
   • Unauthorized access to the Site, the use of malicious programs, or other acts that compromise the security of the Site
   • Acts that cause damage or disadvantage to a third party through the use of the Site or CRCP
   • Submitting inquiries or orders using false information, or any other acts that significantly interfere with CRCP’s operations
   • Any other acts that CRCP reasonably determines to be inappropriate for the operation of this Site
2. If CRCP determines that a user has engaged in any of the prohibited acts listed in the preceding paragraph, CRCP may require such user to suspend use of the content, delete the content, or take other necessary measures.
3. If CRCP or a third party suffers damage as a result of a prohibited act, the user in question shall bear liability in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 5: Information Posted on the Site

1. CRCP shall endeavor to post information regarding railway lines, stations, train types, operating patterns, and other railway-related information on this site that is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
2. The information posted on this Site has been independently compiled and prepared by CRCP based on information published by railway operators and other relevant organizations; CRCP does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
3. Actual operating conditions may differ from the information posted on this Site due to timetable revisions, special services, service suspensions, disasters, construction, or other circumstances.
4. This website is not the official website of any railway operator or other relevant organization. When users actually use railway services, they must verify the latest official information provided by the respective railway operators or other relevant organizations.
5. If users discover any errors, omissions, or delays in updates in the information posted on this website, they may report such information to CRCP. However, CRCP does not guarantee that the reported information will be posted, corrected, or reflected on this website.
6. The content posted on this site may be added, changed, corrected, or deleted without prior notice.

Article 6: Advertisements and External Services

1. This site may feature advertisements provided by third parties, external services, links to external websites, and other external content.
2. CRCP makes no guarantees regarding the content of advertisements displayed on this site, nor regarding the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or any other aspect of the advertised products or services.

6. The content of advertisements displayed on this Site may vary depending on the user’s browsing environment, region, and other conditions.

Article 7: CRCP Custom Map

1. CRCP Custom Map is a service in which CRCP creates route maps and other content on an individual basis according to the user’s request and provides them for a fee.
2. An order is not finalized merely by submitting the CRCP Custom Map order form. The order is finalized only after CRCP has reviewed the contents of the order form and confirmed the production details, fees, and other necessary matters with the user.
3. CRCP will provide a sample based on the details confirmed in the preceding paragraph. The user and CRCP shall use this sample to confirm that there are no discrepancies regarding the specifications, design, content, or other aspects of the final product, and shall make any necessary revisions or adjustments.
4. The order is considered confirmed once the confirmation described in the preceding paragraph and any necessary revisions or adjustments have been completed, and both the user and CRCP have agreed on the production details. Prior to order confirmation, the user may cancel the order free of charge.
5. After the order is confirmed, the User shall pay the fee by the method and deadline specified by CRCP. CRCP shall commence production after confirming receipt of payment.
6. Production and delivery shall, in principle, proceed in the following order: Receipt of order form → Confirmation of details → Provision of sample → Confirmation and correction of discrepancies → Order confirmation → Payment → Production and completion → Delivery
7. Cancellations due to the user’s circumstances after an order has been confirmed will not be accepted under any circumstances. Furthermore, due to the nature of digital data as a product, refunds requested by the user after an order has been confirmed will not be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the progress of production or whether delivery has taken place.

Article 8: Changes and Suspension of Services

1. CRCP may, as necessary, change, add to, or terminate the content of this website and the services provided through this website.
2. CRCP may modify or terminate the services it provides without prior notice for reasons at its discretion.
3. CRCP shall, to the extent possible, provide advance notice of any significant changes, long-term suspensions, or terminations of this website or the services via this website or other appropriate means. However, this does not apply in cases of emergency or other unavoidable circumstances.
4. With regard to CRCP Custom Map, if there are products for which orders have already been confirmed, CRCP shall, in principle, continue the production and delivery related to such orders even after any changes, suspension, or termination of this website or the services. However, if fulfillment becomes difficult due to unavoidable circumstances, CRCP shall determine the appropriate course of action after consulting with the user.

Article 9: Handling of Personal Information

1. CRCP may collect users’ names, email addresses, and other personal information to the extent necessary for the operation of this website, responding to inquiries, and handling orders, production, payment, and delivery for CRCP Custom Map, as well as other services provided by this website.
2. CRCP shall not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by law or where there are other legitimate grounds.
3. When using payment or other external services, information necessary for the provision of such services shall be handled in accordance with the privacy policies and other provisions of the respective service providers.

Article 10: Amendments to the Terms of Use

1. CRCP may amend these Terms of Use in the event of amendments to laws and regulations, changes to this website or the content of services, or when otherwise necessary.
2. Users shall review the contents of these Terms from time to time when using this Site. By using this Site, users are deemed to have agreed to the most recent version of these Terms in effect at that time.
3. With regard to CRCP Custom Map, if an order has been confirmed prior to a change in these Terms, the Terms of Use in effect at the time the order was confirmed shall apply, unless otherwise agreed upon with the user.

Article 11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of a dispute between a User and CRCP arising in connection with this Site, these Terms, or the services provided by CRCP, both parties shall consult in good faith and endeavor to resolve the dispute.
3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the consultations described in the preceding paragraph, CRCP may take legal action in accordance with the laws of Japan.

1. 本使用條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）旨在規範網站「Complete Railway Conquest Project」（以下簡稱「CRCP」）的使用條件。
2. 瀏覽或使用本網站者（以下簡稱「使用者」），應於確認本條款內容並同意其內容後，方可使用本網站。

2. 除作為「CRCP Custom Map」提供的內容外，原則上不允許於營利活動中二次利用本網站的內容。
3. 儘管有前項規定，針對影片串流平台「YouTube」上的營利活動，僅限於未修改CRCP所公開或提供之原始發佈物，並以原樣使用之情況下，方允許進行二次利用。
4. 前項所稱之「修改」，包含變更路線圖及其他原始發行物本身之內容、標示、配色、形狀等行為。惟為刊載於影片所需之放大、縮小、配置及其他未變更內容本身之編輯，不屬修改範圍。
5. 關於CRCP Custom Map之二次利用，應適用本規約第7條及訂購時所提示之使用條件。
6. 無論本條規定如何，對於第三方擁有著作權、商標權及其他權利之內容，應遵循該權利人所訂定之條件。

第3條 智慧財產權

1. 本網站所刊載之路線圖、圖像、文章、設計、標誌及其他內容之著作權及其他智慧財產權，歸屬於CRCP或擁有正當權利之第三方。
2. 瀏覽或使用本網站，並不表示本網站內容之著作權、商標權及其他智慧財產權已轉讓予使用者。
3. 使用者不得超出本條款第2條所規定之範圍，或著作權法及其他法令所允許之範圍，使用CRCP所擁有權利之內容。
4. 本網站所刊載之鐵路營運業者及其他第三方的名稱、標誌、商標、照片及其他由第三方擁有權利之內容，其權利均歸屬於各權利人。
5. 作為「CRCP Custom Map」製作及提供之內容之智慧財產權及使用條件，應依第7條之規定辦理。
6. 本條之規定，並不限制本條款第2條所允許之二次利用。

第４條 禁止事項

1. 使用者於使用本網站時，不得從事下列各款所規定之行為。
   • 違反法令或公序良俗之行為

   • 侵害 CRCP 或第三方之著作權、商標權、隱私權及其他權利或利益之行為
   • 違反本規約第２條及第３條之行為
   • 冒充 CRCP 或第三方的行為，或使人誤認與 CRCP 存在合作、協作、認可或其他關係的行為
   • 對本網站伺服器或網路造成過度負荷，或妨礙其正常運作的行為
   • 對本網站進行未經授權的存取、使用非法程式及其他危害本網站安全的行為
   • 利用本網站或 CRCP 對第三方造成損害或不利益的行為
   • 使用虛假資訊進行諮詢、訂購或其他嚴重妨礙CRCP營運之行為
   • 其他經CRCP合理判斷為不適宜本網站營運之行為
2. 若CRCP判斷使用者有從事前項禁止事項之行為，得要求該使用者停止使用內容、刪除內容或其他必要措施。
3. 若因禁止行為導致CRCP或第三方遭受損害，該使用者應依法承擔相應責任。

第5條 關於刊載資訊

1. CRCP應盡力確保本網站所刊載之鐵路線路、車站、列車種類、運行形態及其他鐵路相關資訊，盡可能準確且為最新資訊。
2. 本網站刊載之資訊係CRCP參照鐵路營運商及其他相關機構所公布之資訊等，自行整理及編製而成，並不保證其正確性、完整性、最新性及對特定目的之適用性。
3. 因時刻表調整、臨時運行、停駛、災害、工程及其他因素，實際運行狀況可能與本網站刊載內容有所不同。
4. 本網站並非鐵路營運商或其他相關機構的官方網站。使用者實際搭乘鐵路時，應確認各鐵路營運商或其他相關機構所提供的最新官方資訊。
5. 若發現本網站刊載之資訊有錯誤、遺漏或更新延遲等情形，使用者可向CRCP提供相關資訊。惟CRCP並不保證會刊載、修正或反映所提供之資訊。
6. 本網站刊載之內容，可能在未經預告的情況下進行新增、變更、修正或刪除。

第６條 關於廣告及外部服務

1. 本網站可能刊載由第三方提供的廣告、外部服務、外部網站連結及其他外部內容。

5. 針對外部網站及外部服務的內容、提供狀況、變更、中止及其他事項，CRCP 並未進行管理，且對於因使用該等服務所造成的損害，CRCP 概不承擔任何責任。
6. 本網站刊載的廣告，可能會根據使用者的瀏覽環境、地區及其他條件而顯示不同內容。

第七條 關於 CRCP Custom Map

1. CRCP Custom Map 係 CRCP 依據使用者之委託內容，個別製作路線圖及其他內容，並以有償方式提供之服務。
2. 僅提交 CRCP Custom Map 訂購表單並不足以確定訂單。CRCP 將於確認訂購表單內容後，與使用者就製作內容、費用及其他必要事項進行確認，訂單方得確定。
3. CRCP將依據前項確認內容提供樣本。使用者及CRCP應透過該樣本確認成品之規格、設計、刊載內容及其他事項是否無異議，並視需要進行修正或調整。
4. 前項之確認及必要修正或調整完成後，待使用者與CRCP雙方就製作內容達成共識時，即視為訂單確定。在訂單確定之前，使用者得無償取消訂單。
5. 訂單確定後，使用者應於CRCP指定之方式及期限內支付款項。CRCP於確認款項入帳後，始開始正式製作。
6. 製作及交貨原則上應依下列順序進行：
收到訂單表單 → 內容確認 → 提供樣本 → 確認差異與修正 → 訂單確定 → 款項入帳 → 正式製作與完成 → 交貨
7. 訂單確定後，概不接受因使用者個人原因而提出的取消。此外，鑑於數位資料作為產品的特性，訂單確定後若因使用者個人原因要求退款，無論製作進度或是否已交付，均不予退款。

第8條 服務變更與中止

1. CRCP得視需要變更、增補或終止本網站及透過本網站提供的服務內容。
2. CRCP得基於自身因素，在未事先通知的情況下變更或終止所提供之服務。
3. CRCP應盡可能透過本網站或其他適當方式，預先公告本網站或服務之重大變更、長期暫停或終止事宜。惟緊急情況或其他不可抗力之情形不在此限。
4. 關於 CRCP Custom Map，若已有訂單確認之商品，原則上即使在本網站或服務變更、暫停或終止後，仍將繼續進行該訂單相關之製作及交貨。惟若因不可抗力因素導致難以履行時，將與使用者協商後決定應對措施。

第９條 個人資料之處理

1. CRCP 得於本網站之營運、諮詢回應、CRCP Custom Map 之訂購、製作、結帳及交貨，以及本網站所提供之其他服務所需範圍內，蒐集使用人之姓名、電子郵件地址及其他個人資料。
2. 除基於法令規定或其他正當理由外，CRCP 不得在未經使用者本人同意之情況下，將個人資料提供予第三方。
3. 若使用支付或其他外部服務，該服務提供所需之資訊，應依據各服務提供業者之隱私權政策及其他規定進行處理。

第10條 使用條款之變更

1. CRCP得因法令修訂、本網站或服務內容變更及其他必要情況，變更本條款。
2. 使用者於使用本網站時，應隨時確認本條款之內容。使用者於使用本網站之際，即視為已同意當時最新版本之本條款。
3. 關於 CRCP Custom Map，若於條款變更前已確認訂單，除非與使用者另有約定，否則應適用訂單確認時之使用條款。

第11條 準據法與管轄權

1. 本條款之成立、效力、履行及解釋，均以日本法律為準據法。
2. 若因本網站、本條款或CRCP所提供之服務，導致使用者與CRCP之間產生爭議，雙方應本著誠意進行協商，並致力於解決該爭議。
3. 若經前項協商仍無法解決，CRCP得依據日本法律採取法律措施。
